Order Cancellations:
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or dispatched by our fulfillment partner Roposo Clout, it cannot be canceled.

To cancel your order, you must contact us at lungtatechnologies@lungta.in with your order number and request for cancellation.
If the request is received before the order is processed, we will confirm the cancellation and issue a refund.

Refunds for Canceled Orders:
Refunds for successfully canceled orders will be processed to the original method of payment.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 7 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Non-Cancellable Orders:
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
Customized or special orders, if applicable, may not be eligible for cancellation.

Since we do not manufacture, stock, or ship products ourselves, cancellations are subject to the processing stage of our fulfillment partner Roposo Clout. However, we will assist you in every possible way to ensure your request is handled fairly.
